Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 Tbsp
- eggs - 2 item
- milk - 1 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- melted butter - 3 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- minced onion - 1 tsp
- canned corn - 2 c
- cracker or bread crumbs - 2/3 c
How to make scalloped corn:
Beat eggs and add milk and crumbs. Add onions, corn, seasonings and melted butter. Mix together well and pour into a greased casserole dish. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.Recipe categories: Low fat, Vegetables, Corn.
