Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 Tbsp
- eggs - 2 item
- milk - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- melted butter - 3 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- cracker crumbs - 1 c
- minced onion - 1 tsp
- can creamed corn - 1 oz
How to make scalloped corn:
Beat eggs. Add milk and cracker crumbs. Add corn, all seasonings and melted butter. Mix together and pour into greased casserole. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes. Serves 6.Recipe categories: Low fat, Vegetables, Corn.
