Ingredients/Components
- butter - 1 item
- light cream - 1 c
- corn flakes - 1/2 c
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- scallops - 1 qt
- cooking sherry - 1/4 c
How to make scallop casserole:
Fill a buttered casserole dish with alternate layers of scallops and cornflakes. Dot top layer of cornflakes with butter. Season cream with salt, pepper and sherry. Pour slowly over scallops and cornflakes. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Serves 4.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, One Dish meal.
