Ingredients/Components

  • cup chopped green pepper - 1/2 item
  • cooked sausage 2 cups - 1 lb
  • 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese - 1 item
  • 1/2 cup grated montery jack cheese - 1 item
  • cup prepared Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing - 1 item
  • cup sliced black olives - 1 item
  • Wonton Wrappers - 1 pkg

How to make sausage stars:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Blot fried sausage. Spray mini muffin tins with cooking spray. Push wonton wrappers in tins to resemble stars. Bake 7 minutes. Cool. Place on cookie sheets; add above mixture to cooked shells and bake additional 5 minutes till filling is bubbly.
