- eggs - 8 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- c shredded cheese - 2 item
- lb sausage - 1 item
- loaf bread - 1/2 item
- c skim milk - 2 item
How to make sausage egg casserole:
Cut bread into cubes. Place in buttered 9x13 inch pan. Crumble sausage, cook and drain; spread over bread. Mix eggs and salt and pepper; pour over sausage and bread. Sprinkle cheese on top. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 45-50 minutes.Recipe categories: Egg, Breakfast, Casseroles.
