Ingredients/Components

  • milk - 3/4 c
  • Bisquick - 3 c
  • chopped onion - 1/2 c
  • chopped celery - 1/2 c
  • shredded Cheddar cheese
  • ground sausage - 1 lb

How to make sausage cheese balls:

Mix all ingredients well. Shape mixture into 1-inch balls. Bake in a 350° oven on cookie sheet for 10 to 12 minutes. Serve warm.

Can be made ahead of time and frozen.
