  • eggs - 3 item
  • milk - 1 c
  • Bisquick - 3/4 c
  • chopped onion - 1/2 c
  • shredded lettuce - 1 item
  • shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 c
  • hamburger - 1 lb
  • chopped tomatoes - 1 item
  • taco seasoning - 1 pkg
  • sour cream optional - 1 item

How to make taco pie:

Grease a 10-inch pie pan or casserole dish. Brown hamburger and onion; drain. Stir in taco seasoning. Spread in pan and cover with cheese. Beat milk, eggs and Bisquick until smooth. Pour over beef mixture. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes. Top with lettuce, tomatoes and sour cream.
