Ingredients/Components
- chopped onion - 1 item
- cans cream of mushroom soup - 2 item
- sausage - 1 lb
- baking size potatoes, peeled and cubed - 5 item
- cube Monterey Jack cheese - 1 item
How to make sausage casserole:
Boil potatoes until tender. Cook and scramble sausage and onion together. Put potatoes in bottom of 13 x 9-inch pan (cake size). Spread sausage and onion on top. Pour 2 cans of soup on top. Cover with shredded cheese. Bake for 1 hour at 350°.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Pork.
