Ingredients/Components
- rice uncooked - 1 c
- Cheddar cheese, grated - 1 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- bell pepper, chopped - 1 item
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- celery, chopped - 1 c
- jar chopped pimento - 4 oz
- hot sausage - 1 lb
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
How to make sausage casserole:
Brown sausage and drain. Mix all ingredients. Place in covered dish. Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.Variation: You can use 2 cans of cream of mushroom soup instead of cream of chicken.
