Ingredients/Components
- buttermilk - 3/4 c
- shortening - 1/4 c
- self-rising flour - 2 c
- sausage - 1/2 lb
How to make sausage biscuits:
Fry sausage. Drain and crumble. Place flour in a mixing bowl. Cut in shortening. Add buttermilk and stir until blended. Stir in sausage. Knead on a floured board about 10 times.
