  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • garlic salt - 1/2 tsp
  • chili powder - 1 tsp
  • bay leaf - 1 item
  • tomato juice - 2 c
  • seasoned salt
  • stalk celery, chopped - 1 item
  • green pepper, chopped - 1 item
  • large onion, chopped - 1 item
  • thyme - 1/2 tsp
  • cans stewed tomatoes - 2 oz
  • cans kidney beans - 2 oz
  • whole kernel corn, drained - 1 c
  • bulk hot pork sausage - 1 lb

How to make sausage bean chowder:

Brown sausage and drain. Combine all ingredients in a large pot. Simmer, covered, for 1 hour. Remove bay leaf. Serve hot.
