Ingredients/Components
- chopped pecans - 1/2 c
- raisins - 1 c
- buttermilk baking mix - 2 c
- mild bulk sausage - 1 lb
- grated apple with skin
How to make sausage balls:
Stuff turkey; rub outside with bacon fat or oleo and salt. Place in extra large brown paper bag. Seal opening securely with a wire tie. Place in roasting pan in cold oven. Bake at 500° for first hour, 400° for second hour and 300° for third hour.
