- Bisquick - 2 c
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1/2 lb
- pork sausage - 1 lb
How to make sausage balls:
Mix all thoroughly; form into walnut size balls. Bake on ungreased sheet at 350° for 15 to 18 minutes. Serve immediately or store and serve as follows: cool sausage balls. Place in freezer bags and freeze. Do not thaw. Place on ungreased baking sheets and bake at 325° for 5 to 8 minutes. Serve immediately. Do not microwave.
