Ingredients/Components
- Bisquick - 3 c
- sharp Cheddar cheese - 1 lb
- hot sausage, uncooked - 1 lb
How to make sausage balls:
Grate cheese. Mix well with sausage. Add Bisquick and mix well with hands. Shape into balls 1/2-inch diameter. Place on cookie sheet 1 inch apart. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.Can be frozen after baking for future use. To reheat, spread on cookie sheet and warm in 300° oven for 10 minutes. Makes approximately 20 dozen.
