Ingredients/Components
- Bisquick - 2 c
- sharp Cheddar cheese, grated - 8 oz
- Cheddar cheese, grated - 12 oz
- sausage - 1 lb
- pork sausage - 1 lb
- Drain grease into a bowl
How to make sausage balls:
Fry sausage, but do not allow to brown or get crisp. Drain grease into a bowl. Mix sausage, Bisquick and cheese well together using hand shaping into a ball. Add enough grease to hold mix together (1 to 2 tablespoons). Form into small 1-inch balls. Bake on cookie sheet at 350° for 10 to 12 minutes until balls turn light brown.
