Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 6 item
- milk - 2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- dry mustard - 1 tsp
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- slices white bread - 2 item
- bulk sausage - 1 lb
How to make sausage and egg casserole:
Brown and drain sausage well. Beat eggs, milk, salt and mustard together. Tear bread into small pieces. Add bread, cheese and sausage to milk and egg mixture. Pour into a 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
