  • eggs - 6 item
  • milk - 2 c
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • dry mustard - 1 tsp
  • shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 c
  • slices white bread - 2 item
  • bulk sausage - 1 lb

How to make sausage and egg casserole:

Brown and drain sausage well. Beat eggs, milk, salt and mustard together. Tear bread into small pieces. Add bread, cheese and sausage to milk and egg mixture. Pour into a 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes.
