Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 5 item
- milk
- mustard - 3/4 tsp
- sausage
- can mushroom soup - 1 item
- shredded sharp cheese - 2 c
- Pepperidge Farm stuffing - 1 pkg
How to make sausage and egg casserole:
Brown 1 1/2 pounds of sausage; butter a cake pan. Put in stuffing. Drain sausage; put sausage in 2 cups shredded sharp cheese. Beat eggs, milk and mustard; pour over cheese. Put in refrigerator overnight.Next day, mix together soup and 1/2 cup of milk. Pour on the other ingredients. Cook at 300° for 1 1/2 hours.
