  • eggs - 5 item
  • milk
  • mustard - 3/4 tsp
  • sausage
  • can mushroom soup - 1 item
  • shredded sharp cheese - 2 c
  • Pepperidge Farm stuffing - 1 pkg

How to make sausage and egg casserole:

Brown 1 1/2 pounds of sausage; butter a cake pan. Put in stuffing. Drain sausage; put sausage in 2 cups shredded sharp cheese. Beat eggs, milk and mustard; pour over cheese. Put in refrigerator overnight.

Next day, mix together soup and 1/2 cup of milk. Pour on the other ingredients. Cook at 300° for 1 1/2 hours.
