Sauerkraut salad
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- vinegar - 1/2 c
- onion, chopped - 1/2 c
- green pepper, chopped - 1/2 c
- celery, chopped - 1 c
- canned sauerkraut, drained - 2 c
How to make sauerkraut salad:
Combine vegetables; mix well. Heat sugar and vinegar to boiling. Pour over vegetables. Cool. Place in covered container. Refrigerate at least 8 hours before serving.Recipe categories: < 15 mins, Salads, 3 steps or less.
