Sauerkraut salad

Ingredients/Components

• sugar
• oil - 1/2 c
• vinegar - 1/2 c
• chopped celery - 1 c
• chopped onions - 1 c
• 2 can kraut
• chopped green pepper can use 1/2 green, 1/2 red - 1 c

How to make sauerkraut salad:

Drain kraut. Mix all ingredients together. Let stand 24 hours in refrigerator. Will keep for several weeks.
