Sauerkraut salad
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- grated carrots - 1 c
- vegetable oil - 1/2 c
- chopped onion - 1 c
- chopped celery - 1 c
- chopped green pepper - 1 c
- can drained sauerkraut - 1 oz
- jar diced, drained pimentos - 1 oz
How to make sauerkraut salad:
In large bowl, mix sauerkraut, carrots, celery, onion, green pepper and pimentos. In a jar or small bowl, combine sugar and oil. Pour over vegetables and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 8 hours. Yield: 10 to 12 servings.Recipe categories: < 15 mins, Salads, 3 steps or less.
