Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/4 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- dairy sour cream - 1/2 c
- egg - 1 item
- ground nutmeg - 1/4 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1/4 tsp
- hamburger - 1 lb
- finely chopped onion - 2 Tbsp
- dry bread crumbs - 1/2 c
- Sauce:1 10 1/2 oz
How to make saucy meatballs:
Mix ingredients; shape into balls.Sauce:1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup1/3 c. milk1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg1/2 c. dairy sour cream Cook meatballs in skillet; drain. Stir in soup, milk and nutmeg. Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 15 minutes. Stir in sour cream; heat through.Recipe categories: < 15 mins, Meat, Beef.
