Ingredients/Components

• dry mustard - 2 Tbsp
• paprika - 3 Tbsp
• chili powder - 1 tsp
• black pepper - 2 tsp
• poultry seasoning - 3 Tbsp
• ground oregano - 2 tsp
• garlic powder not salt - 1 Tbsp
• onion powder not salt - 6 Tbsp

How to make salt substitute:

Mix together. Place in salt shaker and use in place of salt. Can be used on just about any vegetable or meat.
