Ingredients/Components

• dry mustard - 2 Tbsp
• paprika
• chili powder
• black pepper - 2 tsp
• poultry seasoning
• ground oregano - 2 tsp
• garlic powder not garlic salt
• onion powder not onion salt - 6 Tbsp

How to make salt substitute:

Mix all seasonings and put into a shaker. Makes about 1 cup. Keep shaker covered in a cool, dry place.
