Salmon loaf
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- can milk - 1/4 item
- diced green peppers - 1/2 c
- can mushroom soup - 1 item
- large can salmon - 1 item
- bread crumbs or crackers - 2 c
How to make salmon loaf:
In separate bowl, mix mushroom soup with 1/4 cup milk. Mix all remaining ingredients. Form into loaf. Pour soup/milk mixture over top of loaf. Bake one hour at 350°.Recipe categories: Main dish, Saltwater fish, Salmon.
