Ingredients/Components
- milk - 2 Tbsp
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- hard-cooked eggs, chopped - 2 item
- salad greens - 1/2 c
- large tomatoes, chopped - 2 item
- Thousand Island dressing - 1 c
- large cucumber, chopped - 1 item
How to make salad with creamy dressing:
In a large bowl, toss salad greens, tomatoes and cucumbers. Set aside. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, Thousand Island dressing and milk. Mix well. If desired, stir in eggs. Serve over salad.Recipe categories: Salads, Side dish, Vegetables.
