Ham and egg salad
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 2 Tbsp
- salt - 3/4 tsp
- vinegar - 2 tsp
- lettuce leaves - 1 item
- chopped ham - 2 c
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- hard-cooked eggs, chopped - 10 item
- minced onion - 1 Tbsp
- tomato wedges - 1 item
- chopped sweet pickle - 1/4 c
- stalk celery, sliced - 1 item
- sliced pimento olives - 1/4 c
How to make ham and egg salad:
Combine first 6 ingredients, tossing gently. Combine next 4 ingredients and fold into ham mixture. Chill well. Serve on lettuce leaves. Garnish with tomato wedges. Good way to use leftover Christmas ham.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Salads, Sandwich.
