Ingredients/Components
- granulated sugar
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- baking powder - 1/2 tsp
- eggs, well beaten - 5 item
- rum - 1/4 c
- sifted all-purpose flour - 2 c
- finely ground pecans
- margarine/butter - 1 item
How to make rum cake:
Preheat oven to 325°. With 2 tubs of melted margarine, grease pan. Sprinkle bottom and side of pan with 1/3 cup ground pecans. In medium bowl, sift flour, salt and baking powder. In large mixing bowl at medium speed, beat 1 cup margarine or butterRecipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Low protein.
