Bacardi rum cake
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- eggs - 4 item
- water - 1/2 c
- oil - 1/2 c
- rum - 1/2 c
- yellow cake mix - 1 pkg
- instant vanilla pudding - 1 pkg
- chopped nuts pecans or walnuts - 1 c
- Glaze:1 stick butter
How to make bacardi rum cake:
Glaze:1 stick butter1/4 c. water1 c. sugar1/2 c. rum Grease and flour tube or Bundt pan. Sprinkle nuts on bottom of pan. Mix all cake ingredients together and pour into pan. Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Cool and invert on plate. Prick top of cake.Glaze: Boil butter, water and sugar. Remove from heat and add rum. Pour over top of cake.
