Ingredients/Components

  • salt - 1 tsp
  • vinegar - 1 c
  • paprika - 2 tsp
  • dash of Worcestershire sauce - 1 item
  • olive oil - 2 c
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • cayenne pepper - 1/8 tsp
  • a little grated onion - 1 item
  • Roquefort cheese, mashed - 8 oz

How to make roquefort dressing:

Place oil and vinegar in a quart jar. Add all other ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate indefinitely (flavor improves with time). Shake well before serving. Makes 4 cups dressing.

Bleu cheese may be substituted for the Roquefort.
