Roasted tomato and basil relish
Ingredients/Components
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1/4 c
- olive oil - 2 Tbsp
- garlic cloves, minced - 3 item
- chopped fresh basil - 1/2 c
- dried, crushed red pepper - 1/4 tsp
- plum tomatoes, seeded and very coarsely chopped - 1 lb
How to make roasted tomato and basil relish:
Preheat oven to 350°. Combine all ingredients in 1-quart casserole dish. Bake until tomatoes are soft (about 30 minutes). Season to taste with salt and pepper.Recipe categories: Condiments, etc., Vegetables, Tomato.
