- chopped onion - 1/3 c
- garlic cloves, crushed - 2 item
- green chile salsa - 1/3 c
- salsa jalapeno - 2 Tbsp
- medium tomatoes unpeeled - 2 item
How to make roasted tomato salsa:
Place whole tomatoes into a small, shallow pan. Broil under medium heat. Turn tomatoes on all sides until skin is blistered and burnt, 10 to 15 minutes. Cool.
