Ritz cracker pie

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 1 c
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• baking powder - 1/2 tsp
• egg whites - 3 item
• finely chopped nuts - 1 c
• Ritz crackers - 20 item

How to make ritz cracker pie:

Beat egg whites until stiff. Add sugar slowly; beat thoroughly. Crush or blend crackers very fine and add to mixture. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into greased pie plate and bake at 325° for 25 minutes. Let cool and refrigerate at least 2 hours. Top with whipped cream, whipped topping or ice cream.
