Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- milk - 1 gal
- rice - 1 c
- vanilla flavoring to taste - 1 item
- small eggs - 2 item
- non-instant rice - 2 c
- eggs medium size - 3 item
- Mix sugar and eggs; add to rice mixture when rice is soft
How to make rice pudding:
Cook rice in milk until soft (approximately 1 1/2 hours) over medium heat in a double boiler. Mix sugar and eggs; add to rice mixture when rice is soft. Cook for additional 1/2 hour.
