Ingredients/Components
- grated Parmesan cheese - 2 Tbsp
- chicken broth - 2 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- fresh or frozen peas - 1 c
- converted rice - 1 c
How to make rice and peas:
Combine rice and chicken broth in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil. Lower heat, cover and cook 20 minutes. Add peas (defrost, if frozen) and cook until peas are tender, about 2 minutes.
