Ingredients/Components
- brown sugar - 1/8 c
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- pork ribs - 2 2
- can kraut - 1 item
How to make ribs and kraut:
Season ribs and add onion. Bake, uncovered, in oven at 350° for about 45 minutes. Ribs should be nice and brown. Cover with kraut and sprinkle with brown sugar. Return to oven and bake for 25 to 35 minutes.Recipe categories: Main dish, One Dish meal, Pork rib.
