Herbed green beans
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/4 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- water - 1/2 c
- vegetable oil - 1 Tbsp
- sliced green onion - 1/4 c
- chopped green pepper - 1/3 c
- basil - 1/4 tsp
- rosemary - 1/8 tsp
- fresh green beans - 1/2 lb
- medium diced tomato - 1 item
How to make herbed green beans:
Break beans and place in 1 1/2 quart dish, add water. Cover with plastic wrap and microwave at High for 10 minutes. Let stand for 3 or 4 minutes. Place pepper, oil and onion in 1 quart dish. Microwave on High for 3 minutes. Drain beans, add pepper mixture and remaining ingredients, stir well. Cover and microwave on High for 3 minutes.
