Rhubarb dessert
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- flour - 1 c
- brown sugar - 1 c
- cornstarch - 3 Tbsp
- water - 1 c
- oleo - 1/2 c
- oatmeal - 3/4 c
- cut rhubarb - 4 c
How to make rhubarb dessert:
Mix oatmeal, flour, brown sugar and cinnamon with oleo and pat 1/2 of mixture in bottom of pan. Spread rhubarb over it. Cook until thick the water, sugar, vanilla and cornstarch and pour over rhubarb. Spread remaining crumb mixture on top. Bake 1 hour at 350°. Cool.
