  • sugar - 1 c
  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • flour - 1 c
  • brown sugar - 1 c
  • cornstarch - 3 Tbsp
  • water - 1 c
  • oleo - 1/2 c
  • oatmeal - 3/4 c
  • cut rhubarb - 4 c

How to make rhubarb dessert:

Mix oatmeal, flour, brown sugar and cinnamon with oleo and pat 1/2 of mixture in bottom of pan. Spread rhubarb over it. Cook until thick the water, sugar, vanilla and cornstarch and pour over rhubarb. Spread remaining crumb mixture on top. Bake 1 hour at 350°. Cool. Top with Cool Whip.
