Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/8 tsp
- flour - 1 c
- butter - 1/2 c
- cornstarch - 1 Tbsp
- water - 1 c
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- rhubarb - 5 c
How to make rhubarb cobbler:
Spread rhubarb on bottom of greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Combine 3/4 cup sugar, butter and salt. Add flour, baking powder and milk. Spoon over rhubarb. Combine 1 cup sugar, cornstarch and salt; sprinkle over rhubarb mixture. Pour water evenly over all. Bake at 350° for 60 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Fruit, Cobblers and crisps.
