  • sugar - 3/4 c
  • milk - 1/2 c
  • salt - 1/8 tsp
  • flour - 1 c
  • butter - 1/2 c
  • cornstarch - 1 Tbsp
  • water - 1 c
  • baking powder - 1 tsp
  • rhubarb - 5 c

How to make rhubarb cobbler:

Spread rhubarb on bottom of greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Combine 3/4 cup sugar, butter and salt. Add flour, baking powder and milk. Spoon over rhubarb. Combine 1 cup sugar, cornstarch and salt; sprinkle over rhubarb mixture. Pour water evenly over all. Bake at 350° for 60 minutes.
