Quick caramel frosting
Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 1/4 c
- butter or margarine - 1/2 c
- brown sugar - 1/2 c
- confectioners sugar
How to make quick caramel frosting:
Melt the butter in a small pan. Add brown sugar. Cook and stir over low heat until sugar melts. Add milk. Cool. Beat by hand, adding the confectioners sugar. Beat until smooth and thick enough to spread. Add vanilla.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Cake fillings and frostings.
