Ingredients/Components

  • salt - 2 tsp
  • vinegar - 4 Tbsp
  • lemon juice - 4 Tbsp
  • salad oil - 1 c
  • paprika - 2 tsp
  • prepared horseradish - 4 Tbsp
  • prepared mustard - 4 Tbsp
  • black pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • dash of cayenne - 1 item
  • green onions, minced - 1/2 c
  • celery, chopped fine - 1/2 c
  • catsup optional - 2 Tbsp

How to make remoulade sauce:

Combine lemon juice, vinegar (tarragon, if you have it) and seasonings. Gradually add oil. Stir with fork or rotary beater to blend well. Add celery and onion. Makes 2 cups.
