- box 10x sugar, sifted - 1 item

How to make red velvet cake:
Cream sugar and oil. Add eggs; beat well Add vinegar and food coloring; beat well. Sift dry ingredients and add, alternating with milk. Add vanilla. Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes. Best if made in 4 layers.Icing:1 stick margarine1 tsp. vanilla1 c. nuts1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese1 box 10x sugar, sifted Cream margarine and cream cheese. Add vanilla and sugar; mix well. Add nuts.
