- sugar
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- pkg - 1 oz
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour
- butter - 1/2 c
- oil - 1/2 c
- cocoa - 4 Tbsp
- buttermilk - 1/2 c
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- nuts - 1 c
- ground cloves - 1/2 Tbsp
- shredded zucchini - 2 c
How to make zucchini cake:
Cream butter, oil, sugar and eggs. Add vanilla, buttermilk and zucchini. Beat well. Add remaining ingredients and pour into a 9 x 13-inch baking pan. Bake at 325° for 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Squash.
