  • brown sugar
  • soda - 1/2 tsp

  • shortening - 1/2 c
  • warm coffee - 1/2 c
  • raw apples, sliced or diced - 2 c

How to make raw apple cake:

Topping:1/2 c. brown sugar1 tsp. cinnamon1/2 c. chopped nuts Mix in order given. Combine topping ingredients. Sprinkle over batter. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
