Ingredients/Components

• raw apples, peeled and diced - 4 c
• eggs - 2 item
• oil - 1/2 c
• sugar - 2 c
• vanilla - 2 tsp
• flour - 2 c
• cinnamon - 2 tsp
• baking soda - 2 tsp
• cream cheese
• powdered sugar
• margarine - 3 Tbsp

How to make raw apple cake:

Frosting:6 oz. cream cheese1 1/2 c. powdered sugar3 Tbsp. margarine2 tsp. vanilla Mix cake ingredients. Put in a 9 x 13-inch pan, greased. Bake at 325° for 45 minutes.

Mix frosting ingredients. Cool cake before frosting. Keep refrigerated. Serves 12.
