Raw apple cake

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2 c
• cinnamon - 1 tsp
• eggs - 3 item
• vanilla - 2 tsp
• salt - 1 tsp
• flour - 3 c
• soda - 1 tsp
• vegetable oil
• nuts - 1 c
• raw apples, chopped fine - 3 c

How to make raw apple cake:

Beat eggs, oil and sugar well. Sift flour, salt, soda and cinnamon together and add to egg mixture. Add remaining ingredients (adding apples last). This dough will be stiff. Bake in a greased and floured Bundt pan for 1 1/2 hours or until toothpick stuck in dough comes out clean.
