  • eggs - 3 item
  • vanilla - 2 tsp
  • chopped pecans - 1 c
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour - 3 c
  • soda - 1 tsp
  • Wesson oil
  • grated apple - 3 c

How to make raw apple cake:

Beat eggs and add sugar; cream together. Add Wesson oil and vanilla. Sift flour, soda and salt and add to mixture, blending thoroughly. Add grated apples and chopped pecans. Bake 1 hour in 350° oven.
