Ingredients/Components
- stick margarine - 1 item
- brown sugar
- flour - 1 c
- oats, raw - 1 c
- baking powder - 1/4 tsp
- baking soda - 1/4 tsp
- pinch of salt - 1 item
- cans cherry pie filling - 2 item
How to make cherry crunch:
Melt margarine in 9 x 13-inch baking pan. In bowl, mix dry ingredients with wooden spoon and add melted margarine. The mixture will be a little lumpy. Put 1/2 mixture in pan. Add cherry pie filling, then rest of mixture; spread evenly. Bake in a 350° oven for 1 hour.Recipe categories: Desserts, Fruit, American.
