Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 4 item
- salt - 2 Tsp
- cup oil - 1 item
- cup raisins - 1 item
- box Raisin Bran - 1 15
- quart buttermilk - 1 item
- cups chopped nuts - 2 item
- cup applesauce - 1 item
- cups plain flour - 5 item
- cups sugar or 36 packs of Sweet Thing sweetener - 3 item
How to make raisin bran muffins:
Mix all together in a large bowl. This dough will keep in the refrigerator up to 5 or 6 weeks in a tightly covered bowl. Bake them as you need them. Bake at 400° for 15 to 20 minutes. Makes 50 muffins.Recipe categories: Breads, Quick breads, Muffins.
