cinnamon - 1 tsp
milk - 2/3 c
salt - 1/2 tsp
chopped nuts - 1/4 c
flour
butter - 1/4 c
baking powder - 2 tsp
egg, beaten - 1 item
melted shortening - 3 Tbsp
Add egg, milk and shortening until flour is dampened

How to make quick coffee cake:

Combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Add egg, milk and shortening until flour is dampened. Spread into a greased 8-inch square pan.Topping:1/3 c. flour1/4 c. butter1/2 c. sugar1/4 c. chopped nuts1 tsp. cinnamon Combine all ingredients. Sprinkle atop cake. Bake at 425° for 25 minutes. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
