Ingredients/Components
- buttermilk - 1 c
- self-rising flour - 1 c
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- chopped, cooked chicken - 2 c
- broth - 2 c
- stick margarine, melted - 1 item
How to make quick chicken pie:
Place chicken in casserole dish sprayed with vegetable spray. Bring broth and soup to boil and pour over chicken. A can of drained mixed vegetables or cooked and drained fresh vegetables can be added at this time. Make a batter out of remaining ingredients and spoon over chicken mixture.
